Shame the door lock didn't work
Very well appointed apartment. Good quality furniture and electrical appliances
Beds are double so may be a bit cosy for some The apartment uses an app to enable you to unlock the door to the building and the door of the apartment. There are no keys. On 3 occasions we came back at night and the app didn't work. We could hear the door mechanism working but it didn't unlock. We eventually learnt that you have to pull the door a specific amount whilst unlocking to get it to engage. We only found out after repeatedly calling the 24hr phone number who often did not answer. Such a shame because everything else about the apartment was great but I can't recommend it as we were stuck on the landing 3 times trying to get in.

it’s green kettle! Spacious and bright and modern. Good security.
Lack of basics like coffee! Lack of comfortable chairs for four people. Blinds in bedroom kept falling down!

the location, the space and organization
the check in and check out timings were not flexible at all, we arrived to Madrid at 11 te communication was a bit Poor so we lost around 2 hours trying to reach the physical reception to store the bags for a while
